Ten missable toys from first find to the rarest unlock

Scarlet Deer Inn All Toys Guide

Two Steam achievements measure childhood objects in Scarlet Deer Inn:

  • Sweet Memory — Find the first toy.
  • All Together — Find all the toys.

All Together is the rarest of the ten (~10.2% globally). Patch 1.014 fixed an early-unlock bug — you now need all ten for the real badge. Full location detail: Toys & Collectibles.

Trackers: Collectible tracker, Achievement checklist. Also: Missable achievements, Updates.

Spoiler warning for the video

The community full-game walkthrough below (Zoddronite on YouTube — not an official Attu Games video) can reveal late rooms. Use it as a visual cleanup aid after your own story pass, not as a first-time spoiler binge.

Sweet Memory — first toy

Steam asks you to find the first toy among the ten missable underground finds. It often fires on the rag doll if you go right after the elevator floor break. Horace (opening village) is a story object and does not count toward this set.

When Steam pops Sweet Memory, tick the checklist and keep hunting calmly.

All Together — all ten toys (ordered pointers)

Every toy below is missable. See Toys list for full context.

  1. Rag doll — first caves: after elevator, break floor, go right
  2. Small shepherd’s flute — rag doll path, behind large box you move
  3. Wooden toy sword — first red-hood monster: go left, crouch
  4. Wooden goose — water wheel/key: ladder down, burn bushes, crouch
  5. Stick horse — from goose: break wall left, first door
  6. Clay whistle — vines: right side after torch/monster
  7. Toy knight figure — top of same vines
  8. Wooden toy boat — fireflies/waterfall: go left under water
  9. Toy bow — after losing firefly: regain torch, stairs, burn bushes left
  10. Toy drum — before burning rope for story box: go right, burn bushes

Method that actually finishes the set

  1. Bank toys during safe search windows — never during chase audio
  2. Underground: solve → shortcut → light → search → log in tracker immediately
  3. Finish the story via Complete Ending
  4. Diff tracker vs Steam; use the video only for leftover rooms
  5. Confirm you are on Patch 1.014+ so All Together is not a false early pop — Updates

Search window rules

Search: torch up, puzzle stable, chase quiet.
Danger: creature pressure, panic staging, unfamiliar breakable floors.

Pair with torch and chase guides.

Hidden story achievements vs toys

No Questions, Held Breath, and Reunited are hidden on Steam but their descriptions are now community-known — see Achievements and Missable achievements. They are not toy completion.

Cleanup session template

  1. Open Steam achievements
  2. Open collectible tracker
  3. Open toys list
  4. Mark missing finds
  5. Return with shortcut memory from How to Find Shortcuts
  6. Stop when Steam shows All Together on a current patch

Toys in Scarlet Deer Inn are parental attention made tangible. The rarest badge is proof you kept looking after the dark closed in.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers tied to this page.

Do I need All Together to finish the story?

No. All Together is completionist. Escape and ending can proceed without a perfect toy sweep.

Why is All Together so rare?

All ten require calm detours across the underground — easy to skip under chase pressure. ~10% global unlock.

What did Patch 1.014 fix?

All Together could unlock early before you had all ten toys. Update before trusting a pop.

Should I watch the full walkthrough first?

Not for a first playthrough. Use it after credits for leftover rooms if you want visual help.

Where is the full toy list?

Toys & Collectibles page with all ten locations and the collectible tracker.
